The Chuango G3 is a starter kit that includes the G3 main unit, a PIR sensor, two remote controls, and a door magnet. Up to 10 remote controls and 50 wireless alarm sensors can be connected to the system. The G3 has GSM support, which allows a SIM card to be installed for external communication. If any of the sensors are triggered and you have an active SIM card installed, the system can send a text message to five pre-programmed numbers if one or more sensors have detected something.

Sensors with two-way communication can also send a signal to the base unit to indicate if the batteries are low, and the base unit will then send you a text message to notify you of the low batteries. In the event of a power outage, the built-in battery provides power, and a warning message is sent to pre-programmed numbers. The built-in battery ensures eight hours of power supply.
