Scope of application
These terms of delivery apply to the sale of products between Digi Shop Group Oy (Y-ID 3252362-3) (late seller) and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tariff
The prices include the value-added tax. Delivery costs from €2.95 for letter delivery. The shopping cart calculates the shipping costs automatically. We reserve the right to change prices and postage. Discounted or free delivery costs that we announce as a campaign apply to the cheapest delivery method, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Orders
The seller provides the customer with service credentials with which the customer can place orders electronically via the internet. The customer is obliged to take care of the proper storage of the identifiers. The customer is also responsible for orders caused by handing over IDs to unauthorized persons. When requested by the customer, the seller is obliged to remove the identifiers. Placing orders is also possible without credentials.
Delivery
Delivery is free in the seller's warehouse. Transport damage must be reported to Itella immediately upon receiving the package. The seller will deliver the products within 3 days, or as soon as the product is available. A product-specific estimate of the delivery time is on the product page. Ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer when the purchase price has been paid in full. The order is delivered using the delivery method chosen by the customer.
We store products ordered with the delivery method pick-up in our pick-up warehouse for 2 months after the order. After this, the products can be resold to another customer.
We only deliver products to Finland.
Terms of payment
The payment and financing service related to online banking is implemented by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and accounts it to the merchant. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
The products and their postage are paid at the time of ordering or, in the case of prepaid orders, at the time of redemption of the shipment. In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankkit, Saästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken S-Pankki, Paypal, Klarna invoice, Klarna account and credit cards. Payment is made through Paytrail Oy's website. The payment method is also bank transfer as an advance payment. On Paytrail Oy's page, the recipient of the payment is Digi Shop Group Oy.
Payments through Luottokunta
If you want to pay through Luottokunna's payment methods, Digi Shop Group Oy acts only as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Digi Shop Group Oy is therefore only responsible for the product's marketing, delivery and handling of possible complaints. If necessary, you can also address the complaint to Paytrail Oy.
Paytrail Oy acts as the seller of the product in payments made through Luottokunna, and the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Warranty
The seller undertakes to provide the warranty promised in the product information. If a defect is detected in the product, the customer must contact the seller immediately to rectify the matter. The seller does not take responsibility for warranty returns caused by incorrect use.
Maintenance and repair work has a one-year warranty, unless otherwise specifically stated. The warranty covers defective parts and possible installation errors. Battery warranty is 1-8 months. Check the length of the warranty in the product's additional information.
Right of return
The products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the normal consumer protection law. The products must then be unused. Depending on the product to be returned, complete contact information (name, address and phone number), the account number to which the money will be returned and the receipt/shipment that came with the order must be attached.
The condition for canceling the order and returning the product is that the product is in perfect condition and that the product is returned within 14 days.
If the product's protective plastic or seal has been opened, the right to return expires in accordance with the license terms of the software products. There is also no right of return for other unsaleable or used products.
In case of possible returns, always contact the seller first.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for costs or damages caused by the customer's incorrect user instructions or other factors beyond the seller's control, nor for any other indirect or direct damages. The seller's responsibility for faulty products is limited to replacing the product.
We are not responsible for broken or lost shipments sent to us by customers. We are not responsible if the device breaks due to the manufacturer's software update, our responsibility for maintenance work is limited to returning the maintenance price.
Force majeure
The seller has the right to cancel the order if there has been a clear error in the pricing or the supplier is unable to deliver the order within a reasonable time, i.e. within 30 days.
Disagreements
Disagreements between the parties are handled in the Helsinki district court.
