Sending devices by post

You can also send your mobile device to us for repair as a postal package:

Pack the device well, request a receipt and tracking code from Posti.

Please include:

- fault description
- your contact information (name, address and telephone number)

We repair mailed iPhones and iPads in 1 - 3 business days, other devices depending on the availability of spare parts, typically in 2 - 5 business days.

We will return your device cash on delivery, meaning payment will be made when you receive the device. See cash on delivery payment in the Delivery terms and payment methods section.
