Sending devices by post

You can also send your mobile device to us for repair as a postal parcel:

Pack the device well, and request a receipt and tracking code from Posti (the Finnish postal service) for the shipment.

Please include:

- a description of the fault
- your contact information (name, address, and phone number)

We repair mailed iPhones and iPads within 1-3 business days; other devices are repaired according to parts availability, typically within 2-5 business days.

We will return your device via cash on delivery, meaning payment occurs when you receive the device. See the cash on delivery fee under Delivery Terms and Payment Methods.
