Our products have a 30-day right of return

The right of return applies to products that are in salable condition.

Warranty replacement of the product

As a rule, our products have a one-year warranty. Products under warranty can be delivered for warranty service or replacement according to the instructions below.

Products bought in the store must be returned to the store. The product can be returned to any of the stores.

Products ordered from the online store can be returned to the store or via Posti.

Return by Posti

Pack the product well, but do not glue stickers or make markings on the product packaging. The warranty replacement product can be delivered without the product packaging, however, we recommend packing the product in the original packaging, if it is stored.

Include your contact information, the reason for the return and the order number with the return. Please also indicate whether you want to return the product under the 30-day right of return and receive a refund or whether it is a warranty exchange.

The return is free of charge when you use contract code 615169 at Posti.

Delivery

Delivery is free in the seller's warehouse. Transport damage must be reported to Itella immediately upon receiving the package. The seller will deliver the products within 3 days, or as soon as the product is available. A product-specific estimate of the delivery time is on the product page. Ownership of the product is transferred to the Buyer when the purchase price has been paid in full. The order is delivered using the delivery method chosen by the customer.

We store products ordered with the delivery method pick-up in our pick-up Warehouse for 2 months after the order. After this, the products can be resold to another customer.

We only deliver products to Finland.
